Though it's said that the registration of the will isn't mandatory, still it is advised that the will should be registered.What may be the reason behind such advice?Can the will be challenged,registered or unregistered,in the same way in the court?
Further, please state the procedure to get the will registered.
Registration of will is not mandatory. If it is challenged they have to prove the genuiness .will can be written in plane paper and can be registered in sub registrar office. U can write as many wills as u like.but last genuine will is enforced.
