My parents plan to sell their flat in a cooperative housing society in mumbai. My parents are elderly and do not keep good health and cannot travel to the Registrars' office for the registration process. Can some one based on their experience guide me as to how to overcome the registration process?

A parent or relative would need to move an application ( Form -A) to the Local Level Committee asking for appointment of the guardian. Each district of states / UT should have a Local Level Committee. The primary role of Local Level Committee is in coordinating , initiating and protecting the rights and promoting the interests of persons with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Mental Retardation and Multiple Disabilities.
