Release of sisters from liability of father

The father expired leaving 2 sons and 2 daughters. the entire estate of the late father was benifitted by the sons. The father had few cases against him and as such legal representatives had to be brought on record. The daughters wanted an undertaking from their brother that no liability would be imposed on them to which they agreed. What document would have to be executed to record this arrangement. Will it be an undertaking or MOU. Kindly also provide draft if available.

Some families may want to settle property related disputes out of court. To this effect, they may go in for a family settlement agreement which needs to be signed by all the members acknowledging that this agreement wasn’t made through fraudulent means, force and coercion from any family member. Not just property or immovable assets, shares, claims, family feuds, are also areas where a family settlement agreement is useful.
