Dear sir,
i was working in Eureka forbes company limited as marketing boy.. i left the job because of internal issue.. In there the EMI provided check if dishounered we were oly responsible n collecting it but i resingned 2yrs back through m ail n i lost that mail even i couldn't able to claim my PF also... now they have sent legal notice that i have collected amount behalf of company but that amount was deducted in my salary so i have collected .. So what should i do.. can i case on company for not giving PF..
