My grandfather had a house in his name but he died without a will.MyGrandmother has also died recently without any will.My father has three brothers and a sister out of which the sister has relinquished her share in the said property.One of my father's brother want to relinquishent half of his share in favour of my father.Can this be done and what all documents would be required for that.
