Can I register my second marriage under TamilNadu Marrriage act 2009? I am a muslim. I have not divorced my first wife. Can I mention my marital status "Married" in the form and register second marriage? Any legal issues?
Also, I would be able to produce divorce decree issued in United States. Will that be accepted?
