Remedy aganist the developer

  One undivided property owned by 7 shareholders. One promoter entered into agreemnt with all of them seperately. And according to agreement he will construct a buliding within 6 months. There is also one tenant under one of the shareholder. Developer also entered into an agreement with tenant and offered him a ownership regarding his tenated portion. Tenant has one running shoproom in that premises. Now after doing all developer demolish the entire building in that premises and thereafter assured all of them within one month he will start construction work. But more than one year has been elapsed but the property is still in a vacant condition. Now kindly suggest me what is the remedy available to the tenant aganist the developer.
