The issue of removing Dinakaran is important or Advocates Conniving with corruption in Judiciary is Important? Where are we today?
RAJ KISHORE VAISH (TEACHER CITIZEN OF INDIA) 27 December 2009
Keeping Chief Justice Dinakaran is more important than removing from Judiciary.
We should change the mental status of the CHIEF JUSTICE DINA KARAN .
niranjan (civil practice) 27 December 2009
Dinakaran should be persuaded by the Govt. to get retirement,to uphold the prestige of judiciary.
Ramakrishnaraju (Asst.) 28 December 2009
He is openly criticising the Collector's fact finding report and what ever coming out against him is nonsense and he alone is straightforward. If he continues with this jaundiced ice, how can he jduge the case?. He should be impeached like Ramaswamy or let him take VRS to save the judiciary.

Removal of Justice Dinakaran is important if he is guilty.
RAJ KISHORE VAISH (TEACHER CITIZEN OF INDIA) 31 December 2009
if removal of justice Dinakaran is important if he is guilty ,then kindly go throughthe content the contempt pitition no.203of 1996 (s.c.), these can be had from supreme court only .it is your luck that will get it & take a decision.......................
R.K.SUNDERRAJ (LAWYER HUBLI,KARNATAKA) 31 December 2009
Our's is a democratic country, where rule of law,Right of being hered, is even given to a common man to address his views, The Hon'ble Justice has to be given a chance to express their views, Just by mere publicity in the papers we cannot arrive at the conclusion that Justice is guilty.
I hope that Justice Dinakaran is a ver experienced person, even if we go through his carrier record as an advocate,he is very experienced lawyer and has come accrose various laws and complicated cases and constitutional cases etc.etc.
If at all the Justice would have been guilty, who is not a layman, knows every preposition of law he himself would have stepped down.
But here if we carefully analyse the situation as reported in the press and the defence of the Justice, it is clear that the property which is in dispuite was said to have purchased prior to his joining as a judicial officer.
Now the question is WHEATHER BECOMING A JUDGE IS A SIN... in itself...?
Every thing will come out black and white........ we have to wait and see... we shall not comment anything until and unless the result comes out after enquiry.
I feel Impeachement is not required.

If Judge Dinakaran is removed, life will become drab.
