we have a cc limit in canara bank, banks required some document for renewal of cc liit which were siubmitted by us on time, now a new manager is transfered there and he refused to renew the cc limit stating that the business is far away from here so i can not renew the limit because it is 80 km away fro branch. now bank is asking to deposit the amonut and to forclose the limit because the manager is not renewing the cc limit for no reason. what remedy is available?
due date for renewal was 16/08/2017 and now the limit is closed, no deficiencies from client, all the required documents are submitted by client.
