I am kamal from maharashtra.
I have a commercial property on rent since more than 15 years and now its been sold by the owner.
Now the new owner wants to evict the property and applying tricks like make a new agreement with 10 times rent .
i talked with a lawyer,he wants me to discuss rent dates and details for exact information.
Shall i tell him dates & DD OR MO dates and all ?? Is it safe.
What is the amount of maximum rent for rent control court ??
