Repair work on external & internal wall of society due to tree come on outer wall

i purchased flat just 4 month before on the 4 th floor, Now secretary told me my bathroom wall is cracked and i have to do the repair work for that but this damaged is due to the tree came on the external wall of society wall and those roots are completely damaged the outer plaster and some cracks in my bathroom . please suggest me that repair is by society or i have to bear this repair cost

1.  The external walls of the building are the responsibility and liability of the Society, and it is the Society who has to arrange to repair the same at the cost of the Society.

2.  IF the Society does not do the repairs, THEN file complaint in the local Consumer Court, and claim damages and compensation for the losses and discomfort being caused, due to the negligence and omission of the Society.

I want to know the details procedure of redevelopment of mhada buildings.
