Hi All My Lawyer friends,
I need Help in getting following judgment
1. My Family member stays in Mumbai and I stay in bangalore, My wife put false 498a, DV cases in Chandrapur.
We are making ground for No Domestic relation of wife with my family member so to quash their name from Domestic voilence and 498a.
I need judgement for both 498a and DV.
Kindly request to help me to get judgment.
