Requesting help in divorce case

Hello All,

In Short, my wife has filed an MC case under section 13 (A)(B) its been running since a 2014, with false alligations & demanding permanent Alimonly for her & daughter (5 Years old). Status - Evidence from Petitioner.

However I'm not ready to pay any alimony for her as she is educated & working. But, depositing amount every month in daughters name under SSY (Sukanya Samrudhi Yojana).
Recently got visitation rights under section 26 of HMA.

Unnecessary they are creating delay tactics & prolonging the case (pending evidence since 2014) causing mental cruelity, agony & trauma. We are ready to give divorce but not alimony. Request help & suggestions how to proceed further.

And also causing mental cruelty by
• Cruel behavior of wife where wife tearing the shirt of the husband
• Threatening to leave husband’s home and threat to commit suicide by the wife.
• Conduct and misbehavior of the wife against husband i.e. pressuring husband to leave his home, insisting for the separate residence, mentally torture and disrespectful behavior towards husband and in-laws as well.
• Abusing and accusing husband by way of insulting in presence of in-laws
• Lowering reputation of the husband by using derogatory words in presence of family members and elders.
• Desertion by wife

Questions:
1. Can we move an application under any section on mental cruelity?
2. How to speed up the process?

Any other help/suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance.

as of now you have to first focus on contesting the divorce case with whatever proofs you have got in hand to prove her cruelty towards you.

Your focus should be to prove that she is more interested in claiming alimony rather than living together.
