Require information on second marriage

Dear All,

My brother is going through hard time..His divorce case is running since last 10 years.Now he is around 40 years +.. still their court case is simply going on..

Recently he is moving ahead with another girl and he got a baby from second wife..Second girl there was NO any court marriage or NO any temple marriage..

Simply she is in mutual basis and no record any where..just simply stay together and now he is in dellema in birth certificate ofo baby from second wife?

So far he did not put fathers name in birth certificate, only they put mothers name in DOB certificate.. How he can deal in future withour fathers name in babys certificate? Once baby go to schell then what they will put?

Supposue after 2 or 4 year theirdivorce case will finalize and they will go for coyrt marriage then what will be the issue with baby? Now after 4 year baby can go school without fathers name?

In such case DOB is much earlier then marriage date? How to deal with that?

At later stage can they include fathers name in school, is it okey?

Please suggest in this regards..

The single mother can have her name on birth certificate, that is why you could do it.

The mother can reveal the name of father.

Dear Ramesh,

Many thansk for your valuable input. However incase there will be any sorts of change in name then it may be problem in my Passport, PAN card and all relevent document. So seems to be my brother may not prefer this options..
