Require two different settlemet deeds, tamil nadu

*Two different plots in adjacent villages in Sriperumbudur area.

*Sale deed was registered at two different registration offices.

*Want to execute a Settlement Deed for both plots to the same family member.

Question 1:

Do i have to execute two different settlement deeds for the two plots and register at the two

registration offices where sale deeds were registered or is there any other way?

Question 2:

Is there any way to combine both Settlement Deeds?

Thanks

Dear brother,

one settlement deed comprising both the plots may be prepared and it may be presented for registration at

either one of the offices in which the plots are purchased.

One settlement deed is eough. But for easy and qualitative purpose two settlement deeds  may be prepared for each and one registration office and may be registration done for each case, which will be a prudent act.
