My OP lawyer has submitted Say on behalf of Respondent to my Application u/s 408 of CrPC without an Affidavit and without Address Purshis.
Kindly please let me know whether it is mandatory to submit Affidavit and Address Purshis along with 'Say' in case of CrPC cases?
If Yes, then Please tell me under which CrPC section, it is compulsory to submit an Affidavit while submitting Say.
So far, I come across section 296 & 297 of CrPC which talks about requirement of the affidavit but there is nothing specified about whether Respondent also needs to submit affidavit while submitting Say. Please Let me know.
