Sir,
Gone are the days when there were the discrimination in the society based on the caste. The time has come when everybody has enough liberty. From last 60 years we have seen many ups and downs in the society. The time has come when it should again be thought that is the policy of reservation is justified:-
1. Will anyone of us like to take the services of the doctor who is selected by reservation policy, not by the merit of education in the hospital?
2. Will anybody like to get his building or road preparation with the help of less trained person selected based on the caste than the qualified person?
3. Will anybody love to give education to their child by the teacher selected only based on the reservation policy than on quality trained teacher?
It is well proven fact that the man love to get the services of only the best for them not of the second class until something is not hampering them, yet at this time we still we are putting wrong pebble on top with the help of stick.
The effect of such policy is the brain drain. No one can stop the germinating seed. The Indian is doing the best in the world. Thanks to government and its policy which has helped this country to flourish knowledge of Indian in world.
Is it not the question why the reservation policy is not implemented in private sector. The time of election has come. No party is putting the reservation in private sector in their agenda. why?
Your personal and official view is solicited if they differ.
Thanks for pressure on your mind.
