pleaes advice on my situation, i will be very grateful to you, my wife has filed DV case on me and also Resttitutition of konjugal rights, section 9 hindu marriage act on me......both the cases are going on...if wife will win her section 9 case, then will i have to accept her back? if no, in DV case can she ask for residential order, if yes, then can i arrange a room for her, but i dont want to stay with her, can i tell the court, that she can live in the rented room, but i will not stay under that roof, i have already filed divorce. i will keep paying the rent on that room until she stays there. but i dont want to live with her...so under section 9 will i be forced to live with her in the rented room she has got under DV case? i am willing to pay the rent of the house. but dont want to stay with her. i will stay with my parents.........please advise...thank you...
