Resignation problems

Hi experts I am working in a private firm. Generally their notice period is for one month. I got the approval from my boss and uploaded the paper in the website where we need to do ... HR team replied me that auditing is going on so we can't receive anyone in your branch.. How to solve this and get the releiving letter??

Check your appointment letter carefully. If the notice period is 30 days, then your service will deem to end after completition of 30 days. There is no law to hold you beyond the period of 30 days. Make sure that you can prove that you have submitted resignation on xxx day, if required in future.

Hoever, ignoring the legal aspect, you can try to convince your HR by whatever means you prefer for the time being as the situation is too immature to give you any further legal advice.

Download all documents submmitted by you and uploaded in company's internal/private software, and proof of submission.

Preferably submit by letter thru Redg. post as well or atleat from personal email id.

What is the notice period inserted in appointment letter issued to you and tendered by you?

First of all thanks for your reply.. Notice period mentioned as 30 days. And I have proof of submission they are waiting for the audit team. Audit team has put a mail to HR that no one should be relieved in my branch till the audit over.. but what will happen to my career?? Am having better offers

Please remember that email of audit team can not be a condition for your resignation. Complete the 30 days notice period and then stop going to office and then ask for full and final settlement through registered post.

Has anyone put any email or letter to you?

The query has been discussed and some suggestions have been made.

You may act and defend your interest.

In notice/subsequent communications that you submit either at reception under acknowledgment with seal/date/sign or by Redg. Post or by email from personal emailid.....................you may mention ,NO tasks are pending at your end,................to whom you should handover the charge within and upto LWD.

Submit Final resignation of course under proper acknowledgment.

If you are unable to handle engage an able counsel.
