when a company is restored u/s 560[6], is it required to pay any filing fees like incorporation?

 Not required, As per the provisions of section 560 (6) of the companies act, a company can restored  its name with the permission of the court. It has to file form no 21 with the roc, for which it has to pay prescribed fee.   it need not pay the registration fee which has to be paid at the time of incorporation of the company.


However, it has to file the compulsory filing documents like balance sheets and annual returns with late fee.

 can any one provide a draft of the petition to be filed under section 560(6) before the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi
