My divorce case got dismissed in high court due to not payment of maintenance now I have applied for restoration but court is saying they did not have power to restore.

The trial of divorce case will not be done by high court.
If you had preferred an appeal before high court against the trial court's order then you may have to comply with the conditions imposed by high court in order to entertain the application for restoration, if you are not willing to comply with the conditions then your application for restoration of the divorce case will not be entertained by high court.
