Sir,I am fighting a partition suit.I obtained ad interim Status quo order but due to collusion of court stafff on 16/10/2017 they gave me the wrong next date of my case as 29/12/2017 but actually the case was heard on 09/11/2017 and 27/11/2017 and due to my absence the status quo order was vacted and today I came to know my case is posted on 08/02/2018.How do I get the staus quo order restrored and cancel any illegal act that was committed during the period of lapse of status quo order.
