I am seeking valued advice if there is any application format for applying to the Mumbai High Court for getting the original documents back?
Is there any application format for applying to get the certified copies of the documents back. If there is a format, could you please share it with me.
How do seek inspection of the case file to check if the documents still exists? The case was disposed about more than 10 years back.
