Revival of suspended company

What do you mean by a suspended company, give complete details

A Company is not suspended , it is either defunked or sick , which one is yours? . Please give further detail

Either you mean a company whose name has been struck off for non-filling of required documents ?

If it so, you may approach the Jurisdictional High Court and request for restoration of Company name on the List of  Registrrar.  The Hon'ble HC may direct ROC to restore after collecting Applicable Filling Fee and may also direct the company to pay Fine in addittion to Filling Fee.  All This process, alongwith Counsel Fee may cost a minimum of Rs. 50,0000.00. 

If major issues are not involved, it is better to get a new company registred at a much lower cost.

Do you mean suspension of trading in the stock exchange?
