I am from Rajasthan. My client is a bonafide purchaser of agriculture land. The agriculture land was purchased 20 years back. Now the conversion made before 8 years and many residential houses are build. Now one woman come and saying she has right in the property, as her brother didn't give the share to her. after enquiry, She got married before 30 years, She was not possession, didn't do anything against her brother in last 30 years after marriage. Her brother is no more.
She will be entitled to take the property right after 30 years of marriage without possession.
Please give me the solution !!
