Right on FSI after dissolution of Builder firm.

We are group of 6 flat owners, had purchased a ready possession flats on ownership base, from a partnership firm developer, who kept his rights on FSI before 20 years.
Now, the builder developer have dissolved their partnership, and in dissolution deed, they have not
mentioned the waiver of rights on FSI.
Now, we are planning to sell off the flats to other developer for redevelopment. Purchaser asking for NOC from original developer for waiver of rights on FSI.
Now the original firm is dissolved, and all partners of that firm are ready to give NOC for waiver, in individual capacity.
Is this a valid NOC?
OR is there any other way?

Only a local lawyer would be able to assist you in the given context.
