right on my ancestral property

my grandfather had a GPA property and he sold his property to his son. and he is now dead will the grand son has the power on it.

If you want a proper and useful answer to your query, then you have to reveal more facts than what you have revealed so far.

When you say your grand father had a GPA property - exactly what do you mean by GPA?

In which year your grandfather got the property?

From whom did he get it?

my grandfather and grandmother worked together and my grandmother had a land , my grandfather convinced he to sell that property and purchased this property .

this property was took from 3rd party and he did not registered it, he just had gpa

and my grandfather is dead now , he sold it to his son.

the reason was to divide it each sons after registering it to his one son so that it is easier

It is not ancestral property. You have no rights over it, when your father is alive.
