Right on Property by grandchild

Dear Navnath,

Since it was your grand father's self-acquired property, and since he did not leave any WILL, upon his death, the property will go by way of inheritance equally amongst all his legal heirs i.e. your uncles, your mother and aunts, besides your grand mother.

If your mother and aunt(s) have given a registered relinquishment deed, then your mother and aunt(s) cannot claim anything from the property.  You, being the grand child of your grand father has also no right to claim any share in the said property.

u can not claim on that property .

if My mother wants to revoke or  chage her " hakka sod patra" and claim on that land, are then there is any chances for this ..

By what other means I or my mother can claim on that Land ??

No your mother can not revoke the relinquishment deed now , it could only be revoked if it was executed by fraud and when it has been executed in 1995 now it can not be revoked
