right to expression

If constitution provides us right to expression then expressing signs and symbols lead to crime.
eg: if a boy make a sight at a girl do it is a crime in any way or does it affects her modesty.

such signs and symbols must not be vulgar or objectionable in any way. Make sure you are not crossing ur limits. If so then it's alright.

Consitution merely recognizes our fundamental rights of life and such rights are not absolute.

Legislature is competent to draft such a law which may facilitate in decreasing the rate of crime against women. Such laws if encroach upon our fundamental rights must stand up and answer to 'reasonable restrictions'. If there is a nexus between plausible reason and the proposed mechanism, then such a law will prevail and it will not be seen as amounting to encroachment of your fundamental right.
