My childrens passports are with my wife who is in hyderabad.They are on my mumbai address.She made them in mumbai just before we separated.I want a copy of the childrens passports.She has filed for divorce and i have filed for custody which is pending in court.Please advise do i have the right to ask a copy of my childrens passports.What are my rights in this regard?
