Rights of second wife in first wifes property

Hi, My mother was owning a land after her death my father has created a will to transfer a land on me and my brother name and remove his name from mother heir. My father has married with another woman who is claiming to get the part of land. Is it valid rights, since we dont want to give any rights to my father second wife.

Your father has no right to write a will in respect of the whole property. However, he can relinquish his share from it. Your father's second wife has no share in that property.

NEITHER YOUR FATHER NOR HIS SECOND WIFE HAVE ANYTHING TO DO OR ANY ROLE TO PLAY IN THIS MATTER <

IF YOU ARE MAJOR YOU CAN CLAIM IT RIGHT NOW >
