In case mother died intestate then all her legal heirs get equal share in property belongs to their mother.

Hello,

The daughter is legal heirs for the mother as well as for the father. So daughter will share in any property of parents after their demise.

Yes.  The daughter has right over the property of her parent if died intestate and self-acquired.

Hey,

Yes, Daughters have right on mother's property. If a mother or father dies interstate their son and daughter will have equal inheritance rights.

Hope this helps!
