Road accident

Hi, Yesterday while crossing road a biker jumped signal and hit my car. Thought he ran away i note down the no. what are my options. Repairing cost is in thousands

If loss is in thousand than dnt do anything, if insured take claim.

Or Inform police then will find him and make settlement.
