This is highly condemnable. An officer holding such a high post should not give such a bold statement. But I still fail to understand what has happened to our officers. I have heard an ASI preaching/advicing a weak law breaker that he should learn from the veteran law breaker. Common man is paying the price of being a common man. National feeling has taken a backseat.
