ROOF RIGHT

Dear Sir,

I own a ground floor flat in a building. One of my neighour of the top floor says that they got the roof right and they can't be allow me to fit a small dish antina on the roof and also they locked the door of the roof as well. Could you please let me know what is the law if someone have the roof right. Can Law empower to the top floor owner to behave like this. Even our comman water tank is on the roof. please advise me

NIPUN, 

your top floor neighour can not do this . you have the same right and privilege on the roof of building unless and

untill any contract or rules made by your society. you can simply complain to society for this act of neighour if

society not exit discuss this with our other neighours and try to short it in easy way. other wise the door of court of law is open for all.
