i hv paid advance to the builder for a commercial office space in his Project & signed an agreement with him . He had committed delivery within 6 months but he has failed in his commitment Now after 2 years he states that the Property is ready & kindly pay the balance amount & take possession I wanted to cancel the deal for his failure of not giving Possession on time but he showed me a clause in the Agreement that states clearly that in case of cancellation NO REFUND is possible CAN SOMETHING BE DONE AS HE HAS FAILED IN HIS COMMITMENT ALSO HE HAS A OC WHICH DOES NOT CLEARLY STATE THE PROPERTY DETAILS LIKE ORM B WING IN WHICH I HAVE DONE THE BOOKING BUTSTATES BLDG I 6 IS THIS OC A LEGALLY VALID OC AS IT SEEMS TO BE VAGUE SINCE THERE ARE 2 WINGS ie A WING WHICH IS A SHOPPING AREA & B WING WHICH IS A COMMERCIAL OFFICE AREA HOW TO VERIFY THE LEGALITY OF THIS OC & GETA REFUND FROM THE BUILDER
