Dear Sir/Madam,
One of the RTA agent (moosarambagh, Hyderabad) has taken my Original RC with NOC (for removing HP from the RC) and charged some amount. Now he has changed his previous number and he is absconding! His family members are ignoring this though they knew all about the issue!
I have his family member's addresses and contact details.
How should I approach Police station for the aforementioned issue? And do I need to carry any document for strong action ?
