i want to take detail in rohtak distict but staying in gurgaon can i place rti in gurgaon or online central authority or i hawe to go rohtak district for place my rti

you have two options either use online platform or write application and send it to public information authority

Yes.  You can send through online.  But it is better to send RTI application by Registered Post.
