Good evening for all. As per RTI,act,2005, it is necessary for 1st Appellate authority to mentioned 2nd Appellate authority detail i.e. address,etc., order passed by 1st Appellate authority.
if yes , can it is possible to mentioned section/provision of RTI Actm2005
