sbi management got stay order during 2010 and my case posted to some judges but not attained final order stage. can i file a RTI to chennai high court for the unnecessary delay, who is responsible and who is asking for adjornment etc.
i am fighting my case from 1998 nearly 20 years and still it is not finished.
can i ask for details under RTI for the inordinate delay of listing my case and after listing why it is not attained final hearing case stage.Whether it will affect my case listing etc pls advice in this regard also
