Rule to purchase property on pre-marriage name

Hi, We are planning to buy a new property. I got married last year. Myself and Husband are planning to purchase a new property . Is it possible to buy a property on My old name ( Name before marriage) and husband's name jointly. ??

What all documents will be needed ( as proofs are still with my old name)

yes. you may purchase the property on the name listed in your matric certificate.

With the help of my marriage certificate , can i purchase a property with my post marriage name jointly with my husband?

my PAN is registered with old name.

No Problem u Purchase property in your old name as per PAN card but U write your name in Sale Deed or any documents tthat :- M (your name) daughter of  A and Wife of B. And both ceritificate attach with Document like old PAN card and Marriage Certificate.
