Safe options for divorce other than dmc

Dear Sir / Madam,

What are the other option to get divorce other than DMC.

I informed to my spouse for DMC but still i hv not got any firm reply from them.

The reason they did not reply is there mal intentions. She is only 26 yrs n i am 33 yrs. So they want me to hang in middle n time pass so that i can not re-marry .

Also what should i do to protect myself from false charges if they do later on ?

Please guide me

1. The other safe options for divorce are to collect basic evidences as per personal Law of parties and using such ground apply for divorce.

2. Lady has to be worried of her re-marriage chances then a male spouse in reference to context.

3. How to be safe against false charges number of times discussed in this very forum, search and read down such discussions instead of asking to reinvent the wheel.

I already hv some evideance with me like in laws pressure email ( if i will not do xyz then he will break realtion with me & take her back etc) I hv audio records that shows that she want to seperate also chat record with her aunty where she shows she want to seperate . Is this enough for me to put groud of divorce.

Any one help me in finding thread of How to be safe against false charges ?
