sir i filed an epsalaray attachmetn atainst jdr gaurnshee attaching salary. but the question is that his gross salary is 9500. pay4500 da 4320 and rest of hra. har is allowence ok . the gaurnshee taken in to considertrtion that only pay on pay he less 1000/- and he caluculated 1/3 rest is sending to the court. my contention is that gaurnshee has to take pay+da and less 1000 form that and caliculated 1/3 rest is attachable portion. i just confused so please suggest and send any sytations .
