My Client is a driver, who has been removed from the service without prior notice. His salary is more than 10,000/ pm- . i want to file the case of illegal termination under labour court.
1. can i file it before labour court or will it be a civil suit?
2. the matter was refused stating that the petitioner does not fall under under labour as he is drawing a salary of more than 10,000/.
3. i have been told that there is a notification relating to labours having salary more than 10,000. what is that notification if any one knows?
