Salary on hold by employwer

My salary is hold by emplowyer without any notification.... now they are firing me and asking me for resigination.... and told after that they will do all the settlement with in a month. what i have to do...... give me solution

looks like its same story everywhere.

You should not leave without collecting your salary.

Ask them to give in writing that they are settling your amount within a month.

by rule they need to pay ur salary within 1day if they are terminating you.

You warn them that you will file Police Complaint. u can file complaint under 406 & 420 IPC

Record the evidence for demand of resignation(audiovisual) and keep witnesses. It is offence. The employee can lodge complaint the moment payment of earned wageyos delayed even by a day..... and employer can be penalized say Rs7500/instance.. If at all You resign record .....write notice of resignation..and write that on Dated.... Mr...has demanded resignation and has forced to write it..... Employees Union's/Trade Unions Inspector appointed under Payment of Wages Act and Shops and Commercial Establishment Act O/o Labor Commissioner Preferably under expert guidance of your lawyer can be approached.
