Salary relieving and experience certificate

Dear Legal Experts, 

I had resigned and served 1 month notice period from a Institute of Medicine as Teaching Faculty.

With the expert guidance of Lawyers club, after serving the requisite notice period i gave the closure notice and came out of the Institute and informed my new employer who readly joined me without Relieving Order.

My query is They had not released my 10 days salary in want of No dues certificate.

1. How shall i get my 10 days salary?

2. How do i get releiving Order and Experience Certificate Now?

Please guide

NDC is between you and employer.

If it is required and asked in line with service rules/requirement you should have obtained it while in employment.

 

Rest you need to first ask for these preferably in writing under proper acknowledgment.

Teachers are not covered as 'Workman'.
