Please go through terms and conditions mentioned the title deed and in case of doubt simply ask a friend or relative to file RTI Application to concerned authority seeking such information from them on legality in such sale.
Information solicited:
1. Please provide a copy of terms and conditions in any circular/order/notification/agreement that states about a sale of rehabilitation property (land given for construction of house) by beneficiary after.....years of getting possession of a property, for his necessaries.
