Sale deed

Respected sir , my father had a site on his name. that site is my father own earned site. i have 2 brothers. i got married . my father had transwered that property to my 2nd brother by sale deed in 2006. in that sale deed i also signed as a witness  2011  august my father was expired.  my question is can my 1st brother and me have any rights on that property?can i  claim my share on that property?what about my 1st brother.
