Friends Thanx In Advance .Person A registred a sale deed using Regsiterd GPA Given By Perosn B ,to a third Person C in inspection detail it is confirmed that A has done fraud by regsitering diffrent property.
abosolutely diffrenet property ( non exsistent ).
Now Person B wants to cancel sale deed done using fraudlent methods .Can Sub registrar / IG Stamp cancel the deed . as it is apprent that A and C are colluded to cheat A . All acts are done at Sub Registrar Ghaziabad ,and all acts are in its jurisdiction.
Civil Procedure is time consuming.
kindly provide some court rulings for Sub Registrar or IG Stamp
