My father was purchased land sale deed in 1980 from a old lady. and other 16 parties also purchsed the balance vacant land ( Total 127 cents) thereafter he built a house in it. in 1984 the old lady's grand daughters husband file a suit agaist the old lady and 16 others. in the suit he said the sold property was Gifted to his wife and him both in 6.11.1970 thereafter it was sold to others by the old lady which is in valid purchase. we all went to meet the old lady and asked why you did this. she said her grand daughter was not livining with his husband also she was died in 1979. it is true I have gifted the property regd in the district munisufel court with some condition which is my grand doughters husband should look after me and take care of me till my death he doesn't follow my conditions. after my Grand daughter's death I have revoked my gifted land and regd the in the same court without his knowledge. we have some family issue with him. I will sorted out the same don't worry I will take care of this. You all please sign in vakkalath I will file a case against him. all are signed in the vakkalath against him. one or two hearing all went to court then after nobody lokk fater the case including my father. in 1994 he got exparte decree aginst all 17 persons. we went to meet the vendor old lady she was died before 3 years nobody knows.
Then after we all not file any IA against the exparte decree. in 2006 he filed a EP for delivery. we have filed EA against EP was dismissed. we went High court and file CRP that also dismissed. due to condomd of delay 4681 days. Now he got delivery order. he came with warrent and EB connection was disconnected. and we all evicted from our own house.
at this stage what can be done. the Revokation of the gifted settlement is in valid or not. we don't have any rights to get our property back.
